Manual Stages & Others

D-T method stage

By removing the base board, combination by using either one of XY, Z, XYZ, and XZ is available . D-T method stage is mainly applying the rack and pinion method as the transfer method. The base and the base board are at the fixed side. Turning the handle moves the table.

LM-412+SS-401+TS-413
Combination of LM-412, with the moving amount of +/- 10 mm, and TS-413 gonio stage.
It is a compact X and Z oblique stage with a 40 x 40 mm stage.
LS-112+LS-912+LV-612
LS-112, with the moving amount of +/- 50 mm, LS-912, with the moving amount of +/- 30 mm, and LV-612, with the moving amount of +/- 15 mm, are structured as XYZ.
As the axis position gets higher, the size becomes smaller. Therefore, it provides a stable structure.

V-B, V-CR, and HG-VCR method stage

With the spring loading between the moving table and the micrometer head spindle, it provides a great repeatability and a backlash as small as ignorable.
By applying proper pre-compression (preload) to the guide, it is manufactured as the clearance of the guide becomes zero.
For V-B and V-CR method stages, the table is transferred by mainly using the micrometer head.
When the base is at the fixed side, turning the micrometer head moves the table.

Positions of the micrometer head attached to the stage are center, side, and symmetry of both.

In the XY axis stage, there are two types of stages. One is the superposition of X axis stages. Another one is the 3-stage structure with the X axis (lower axis) table and Y axis (upper axis) base as the integral structure for making the stage height low.
The stage, which the high-precision and high-rigidity HG-VCR method is applied, is structured with a good orthogonal precision with a superposition of X axis stages.
It is available to adjust the orthogonality to be highly precise by combining different type stages. Please contact us separately if such stage is necessary.

Rotation stage

Rotation stage that only table rough movement is available
It has a simple structure without a handle or micrometer head for the table rotation. The table is rotated directly by hands. There is no clamp mechanism provided.
Rotation stage that rough/fine movement is available
For the rough movement, rotate the table directly with hands while it is not clamped. Clamp the rough movement with a clamp screw. Then, fine movement becomes available with the micrometer head.
Gear type rotation stage
Turning the handle rotates the stage in a fine movement. Adjustment for 360° is available.

Oblique stages

Stage that two-direction oblique and rotation are available
By turning each handle, the table obliques and rotates. Set the gravity center of the sample (load) at the center of the table.
Stage with two oblique directions
By turning each micrometer head or tilting screw makes the table oblique. There is no clamp mechanism provided.

Gonio stage

Turning the handle makes the table oblique. By superposition of two units, it becomes two-axis oblique with same rotation center position. Gonio stage that does arc motion on the horizontal surface is also available.
Rotation center
As shown in the figure, there are three types of gonio stages, which are applying multi-coupling mechanisms, with different rotation centers.
Thickness of stage body and the length to the rotation center are different. Therefore, matching the rotation centers is available even when gonio stages are combined.
