The tungsten lamp uses the tungsten filament, and it provides bright light with low voltage. The lamp life ends as the tungsten filament evaporates and brightness level lowers.
2. Illumination unit with the halogen lamp
(C-153, SPH-100, SPH-150)
The halogen lamp has a long life with the halogen cycle inside of the lamp and has the feature of higher brightness when compared to tungsten lamps.
However, because of its high brightness, it releases a large amount of heat.
It is used directly as an illumination by collecting light with lens, and also is used as the light source of the light guide illumination unit by using its high brightness.
3. Illumination unit with the LED lamp
(TS-IL-A3, TS-IL-A5, TS-IL-B5, SPL-100A)
LED has a longer life, lower heat emission, and lower power consumption when compared to tungsten lamps and halogen lamps.
There are illumination light sources, which LED is directly used for illumination and which the light guide is used.
4. Illumination unit with the light guide
(LGG-500W, LGG-500WF, LGG-1000SF, LGG-1000WF, LGG-1000RFZ)
There are two types of light guides that use the optical fiber. One uses the metal flexible tubes, which provide easy handling, and another one uses the interlock system, which has moderate hardness and can be fixed after bending.
In addition, the one with the two-way light emitting port, of which oblique lighting from two directions and lighting to the separate position become available.
5. The light guide supporter
(LGH-1, LGH-2)
It supports the LGG model light guide and fixes the illuminating position.
Because it uses the universal arm, the light guide position and direction can be moved and fixed freely.
6. Lens products for light guide
(LGL-30, LGL-50, LGL-70, LGL-100)
It is used to create a spot light with a small diameter by attaching to the end section of LGG mode light guide.
