Integration of the monitor and the camera
The first imaging microscope in Japan that LCD and the digital camera are built in to the microscope unit. The camera is applying CMOS with 1.3 million pixels and transfer the data in high speed via USB.
Various measurement electron line
Electron lines of different five colors and nine shapes are selectable. The suitable line can be selected that matches the sample color and shape.
Eye-friendly LCD
By applying 10.4 inch LCD, an image and coordinate data can be displayed. It does not overlap with the observing image; therefore, positioning is easily done, and moving amount of the operators' vision line stays at the minimum.
LCD body with ergonomic design
LCD can be adjusted with height (up/down) and angle (two-degree-of-freedom) freely as required by the operator at any installation position.
Easy "observing" performance
As the standard specification, the object lens with 5x is installed. At this time, monitor magnification is approximately 38 times larger, and the field of view is 4.4 x 3.2 mm.
LED illumination is installed as the standard specification
High-power white LED is applied for the optical source; lamp replacement is unnecessary due to its long operating life. Permeation and incident illumination are both available as the standard specification.
Easy recording to USB memory
With the USB memory slot provided, data exchange with the PC became easy. Even without PC, it is possible to acquire the measurement.
Quick stage transfer with the clutch mechanism
With the clutch-forwarding mechanism attached, quick stage transfer is available by releasing the lock; therefore, quicker and safer sample preparation is possible.
Equipping the high specification stage
On the 100 x 50 mm stage, the linear scale with 0.0001 mm resolution is mounted. The stage glass size is 165 x 115 mm, and the rotation stage can be also mounted.
User-friendly operation panel which the manual is even unnecessary
Usability was sought by locating all switches to the front panel. All operations are available without being bothered by waste motions; thus concentrated measurement can be achieved.
