Features

From the measurement microscope, measured data are directly transferred to the PC via RS-232C signal. Excel functions can be also used effectively by deploying only necessary measurement values to the test result sheet in Excel.

  • Due to various importing methods, man-hour can be reduced to 1/2 to 1/3 when compared to handwriting.
  • Erroneous entry and transfer of the measured values can be prevented.
  • Importing after processing and calculating of absolute values, correction values, maximum and minimum values, and average values is available.
  • Judgment of irregular (defective) products is available.
  • Special knowledge (macro) nor special operation of Excel are not necessary.
  • It is suitable to inspections of bulk-produced items, sample items, and initially-made items.
  • S sample of "Test result sheet" is attached.

Import methods

●Manual import
By selecting the received measurement data and clicking on the desired cell on the "importing sheet" (ex. Test result sheet), only the measured values are imported.Automatic import by replay method --- automatic import in repeated measurement It saves the deploying location in the importing sheet and the editing method of the inspection data as the teaching data. From the second importing process, the saved teaching data can be used. After the measurement, the measurement data automatically received and edited are deployed to the specified cell in Excel sheet. As many teaching data as needed can be created and used.
●Lump import
Read the all measurement data recorded in a file and display "Deploy." The measurement values only are automatically imported to the specified cells on the "Importing sheet" (ex. Test report sheet).
●First, carry out the measurement operations only. Then, import the measurement data.
Import the measurement data record in the file, manually or via a lump import method.
